This is the first photo shot with a new camera. Of course, that meant it had to be a cat. Chose to shoot with the superb Sony 135mm GM, wide open in bright sunlight.
The first photo on a new camera must be a cat - that’s a rule, isn’t it? Sadly, I’m no longer owned by a family of furry friends, so I was forced to find a substitute. I hope this suffices.
This image shot with the Sony 135mm f1.8 GM on a Sony A1, at ISO 100 f/1.8 1/6400 in bright morning sun. Yes, this was shot wide open, partly to assess the quality of the bokeh. Focus using Animal Eye AF. Only processing was cropping after setting white balance.
